The Advantage Series features an economical, single-story storage building constructed from 26 -gauge metal that’s lighter than the 18-gauge metal in BETCO’s Premium Series.
“The Advantage Series is designed for owners looking for a price advantage but still expect a complete building package. The Advantage Series combines affordability with premium features, making it a fantastic addition to our Premium Series of storage buildings,” John Barnard, Inside Sales Manager, BETCO, Inc., explained.
BETCO self-storage buildings do not contain red iron, which helps prevent rust. The Advantage Series’ 5’ X 10’ interior column spacing requires no interior footings. The building features pre-painted exterior columns and header panels with horizontal Galvalume® or galvanized R-panel interior partitions. Its standard Galvalume® PBR roof can be upgraded to a Galvalume® standing-seam roof, both available with a pre-painted option. Gutters, downspouts, roof and wall insulation are available as options. Engineered drawings for permit acquisition, erection and foundations are also included.
The Advantage Series has a two-year labor warranty on standard buildings, a 10-year labor warranty on upgraded buildings with standing-seam roofs, a 40-year warranty on pre-painted surfaces, and a 20-year warranty on Galvalume® and galvanized interior structural components.
BETCO’s on-site engineers can also design a building on your property, build the structures and roll-up doors in their Statesville manufacturing facility, then erect the building with a BETCO-trained installation team.
