BETCO MAXIMIZER building provides all the features of our stationary buildings, only it's portable.
The small structure is a practical answer for retailers who need extra storage space for excess inventory or seasonal merchandise, apartment owners, mobile home park managers, or self-storage owners who need a portable storage area on their existing site.
The beauty of this pre-engineered structure is that it can be placed directly on any existing solid surface area such as setbacks, easements, and other unused areas. And in most cases, there's no need to worry about restrictive building codes or special permits. Here's an additional bonus: because the MAXIMIZER is considered personal property, many are taking a seven year tax write-off, as opposed to a thirty year plus write-off for permanent structures. The BETCO MAXIMIZER is a complete small building package ready to assemble, including partitions, flooring, roof panels, columns and headers. (Roof insulation, gutters and downspouts are optional.)
