My name is Dave Krumdieck and I have been in the self storage business since 1987. As one of the original owners and investors in a large, privately held self storage corporation, I know what it takes to be successful in this business. I have been a BETCO Sales Consultant since 1999. My goal is to use this experience to help you get your project up and renting as soon as possible. BETCO was started by people who are in the self storage business. They became tired of trying to buy building components from different suppliers because of poor quality materials, delayed shipments, and limited drawings. They built a company where all components (doors, roofing, structural members, and partitions) were produced at a single factory, shipped on their own trucks, and erected by factory certified crews. Stamped drawings for permitting were included as part of the overall dedication to service. Only by controlling all elements of the buildings from design to erection could they be sure of the quality and value of their buildings.
