BETCO’s MAXIMIZER portable building provides all the features of our stationary buildings, only it’s moveable.

The small structure is a practical answer for retailers who need extra storage space for excess inventory or seasonal mechandise, apartment owners, mobile home park managers, or self-storage owners who need a portable storage area on their existing site.

The beauty of this pre-engineered structure is that it can be placed directly on any existing solid surface such as setbacks, easements, and other unused areas. And in most cases, there is no need to worry about restrictive building codes or special permits. Here’s and additional bonus: Because the MAXIMIZER is considered personal property, many owners are taking a 7-year tax write-off, as opposed to a 30-year plus write-off for permanent structures. (While this is based on case law, consult your tax professional for details.

The MAXIMIZER is a complete small building package ready to assemble, including partitions, flooring, roof panels, columns and headers. (Roof installation, gutters, and downspouts are optional.) Standard sizes are 8 and 10 ft. widths with a variety of lengths to suit customers’ needs.
