Boat & RV Buildings

Time was that large vehicles and boats were relegated to adjacent open spaces behind enclosed self-storage buildings. This seemed like a logical solution because at least they were in a safe, protected environment. But as self-storage competition increased, owners began to demand that their expensive investments be protected from the natural elements. Inclement weather such as wind, rain, sleet or snow can damage and cause expensive repairs to many of these six-figure investments.

As a result, more and more facilties now offer large, enclosed buildings, which are ideal to protect expensive recreational vehicles and boats. Some facility owners are exploring a new concept of selling Boat and RV units as storage condominiums, rather than simply lease them. Here are the types of buildings offered by BETCO.
