SITE PLAN DEVELOPMENT
BETCO will design at no cost to you, a site specific, preliminary site layout to give you a starting point as to how to design your site. All you have to do is to send us a survey, plot plan or tax map that gives the specific boundaries of the property. It is preferable to have this in a CAD file. You will also need to provide the following
- Lot restrictions (setbacks, easements, etc)
- Is the location rural or urban?
- Do you know if you are interested in doing single story, multi or bi-level?
- Office? Do you know how big you may like it to be?
- Apartment?
- Unit mix in mind?
- Your Name, address and phone number
