Through extensive market research and cost/income analyses, we can advise you on which potential sites are best suited for self-storage development, and will then handle the process of acquiring the land, including negotiating price, due diligence, and closing the sale. PROPERTY ACQUISTIONS

If you decide to purchase an existing business, our Brokerage firm can help you locate and acquire properties that fit your criteria. We can advise you on which businesses we deem good investments, and manage the acquisition from contract to close. Since there is typically no cost to Buyers for seeking representation, there is no reason not to have someone experienced and knowledgeable in your corner. As your Broker, we will recommend and negotiate price, create the purchase contract, review due diligence materials, assist with financing efforts, and ensure all contract deadlines are met throughout the closing process.
SALE OF LAND OR PROPERTY

Most owners, after building substantial value, want to sell and place those proceeds into another investment. Or in the case of a long-term hold, owners may want to “cash out” and use those funds for retirement. When the time is right, we can market your property to our extensive network of investors, and negotiate the highest price and best terms. In addition, we’ll spearhead the closing process, and assist with your 1031 exchange. If you own land that you are considering for self-storage development, one of our experts can perform a market study to determine whether or not this is a viable site for storage. Our market studies include in depth research on area demographics, competitors, new residential and economic development, zoning, and sales compar ables, and we will put together a pro-forma showing income projections and cost analyses for the project.
